Delete your ZEVLI account

You can request deletion of your ZEVLI account and associated personal information.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@zevli.app from the email address associated with your ZEVLI account.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my ZEVLI account.
  3. Include your ZEVLI account email address if it is not clear from the message.

We may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account except information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, or security reasons.

Deleting an account is different from uninstalling the ZEVLI app. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your account.
